I am a sinner. Jesus Christ of Nazareth died and rose again that I could have freedom from that sin: both the sins I’ve committed, and the damage done to me from the sin of others. This is good news!
I reside near Ft. Bragg, NC, with my SF Army retired husband of 35 years, Sam. I am a 27-year veteran homeschool mom of nine (and yes, we birthed them all!) children. I have a B.A. in English Language and Literature, am a published author and speaker, and have led countless ministry groups. My heart is to see people fulfill their callings through their freedom in Christ.
During my personal journey with inner healing, Christ led me to Splankna. I knew God was ushering me into a new season of freedom, growth, intimacy with Him, and education. Now, I can not only live and love in greater joy and overcoming power, but also partner with Him to see His people made whole and His kingdom advance through His healed bride.
My best friend, next to Jesus, is my amazing warrior husband who fills this adventurous journey of life with love and laughter. Ours is a true redemption story of exchanging ashes for beauty and grace. We love to tell and teach others of the transformative truth of the Word of almighty God made flesh. Our greatest joy is serving Jesus, each other, and our super cool kids, and amazing grandkids. Watching each walk in the fullness of God’s plans for their lives is humbling and empowering.
When I’m not otherwise occupied, I dabble in writing; but I delight in reading long books, running (or walking) long roads, and having long chats with beautiful friends and family over steamy cups of overly sweet coffee!
I’d love to come alongside you in your healing journey!
